MULTIMEDIA PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

 

 

Type of Work: Full time

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to and work with the supervisor on day-to-day operations
• Shoot and edit videos on assignment basis
• Shoot and edit photos on assignment basis
• Manage and oversee pre-production planning and on-site production activities for video clients
• Anticipate and respond to needs and requests from supervisor/client
• Supervise additional staff during media production
• Ensure all projects are on schedule and delivered on time
• Identify best practices for multimedia and evolve daily operations as necessary
• Oversee media collection to ensure all media is archived appropriately and can be readily obtained

Qualifications:

• Experience in a video production environment
• Knowledge of shooting and editing media files
• Demonstrated skill with video editing software platforms, specifically proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop or Lightroom
• Extensive knowledge of video production equipments
• Experience with live streaming is a plus
• Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work with varying and changing needs
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Ability to operate and handle production equipments
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and potentially holidays as required
