MULTIMEDIA PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE
Type of Work: Full time
Key Responsibilities:
- Report to and work with the supervisor on day-to-day operations
- Shoot and edit videos on assignment basis
- Shoot and edit photos on assignment basis
- Manage and oversee pre-production planning and on-site production activities for video clients
- Anticipate and respond to needs and requests from supervisor/client
- Supervise additional staff during media production
- Ensure all projects are on schedule and delivered on time
- Identify best practices for multimedia and evolve daily operations as necessary
- Oversee media collection to ensure all media is archived appropriately and can be readily obtained
Qualifications:
- Experience in a video production environment
- Knowledge of shooting and editing media files
- Demonstrated skill with video editing software platforms, specifically proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop or Lightroom
- Extensive knowledge of video production equipments
- Experience with live streaming is a plus
- Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work with varying and changing needs
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Ability to operate and handle production equipments
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and potentially holidays as required
